How to format a 20g Sky+ Box

I've cleared all recordings from my SKY+ box but it's only showing 89% free space. How do I format the drive to restore full capacity?? Thanks.

Services, 4,0, 1 Select which will get you into the hidden menu, then you highlight full system rebuild (option 8), give it a few minutes and you're done.

BTW no Sky+ box ever came with a 20GB HDD, smallest was a 40GB.
