Hi my first post and i'm a business novice so be gentle! I am doing an analysis on the business structure of the Abbey theatre, In 2005 they had a restructuring due to major financial difficulties that they had got themselves into.

Does anybody know the structure of the organisational chart(Type of Org,Structure type,Model Type etc) of the company and if this changed after their re-structuring?
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
