    Can anyone recommend a herbalist in town or around - I'm aware of ClareHerbs on Sea Road and have googled so just looking for personal thumbs up.

    I think you mean Health and Herbs on Sea Road? Dílis Clare is the owner of the pratice (she's also a GP). She is excellent, but probably hard to get an appointment with. Sarah Hughes also works out of the same practice, and I would definitely recommend her.
