I've been looking at various menus for the wedding reception dinner and none of them really seem impressive, especially when there's so little choice. I'm a fussy eater and the last thing I want is to get a meal at my own wedding that I don't like!

Does anyone know if hotels are likely to offer a buffet option? I'd like to give people a better choice in what they want. Could an outside caterer be brought in? And how much would it cost per head?
