Contacts Gone!!

Hi all, Just had to restore my iphone 3gs. I restored from a backup of the phone I did this morning. Anytime I did this before there was no problems. But no all 540 of my contacts are gone! Hi all,

Just had to restore my iphone 3gs.

I restored from a backup of the phone I did this morning.

Anytime I did this before there was no problems.

But no all 540 of my contacts are gone! Checked in windows contacts which is where their set to sync from...and all thats there in Administrator. I checked last week and all my contacts were there. Defo havent deleted anything.

Please don't tell me that I've just lost all my contacts.

HELP!

EDIT: Just checked...none of my applications are synced either. In itunes theres only 2, I had dozens of ones that I paid for which are no longer there
