Saturday: UPC down in D2?

    It seems like my UPC mediabox is not receiving a signal. Is it only me or is anyone else having the same problem in the D2 area (close to Marrion Sq)?

    What are the guidelines for getting a credit on missed out full days of digital loss and what is the best way of getting this credited?

    No issues with thte basic digital box in the west part of D2 here.

    As for claiming credit, you can indeed. Ring customer service now to ensure they log the fact there's an issue currently. When it comes back on, you can ring CS again, explain all and they should put you through to accounts for a re-credit. Have your facts and times right incase of a dispute. I think accounts might only be open Mon-Fri business hours though.
