    Thinking of starting this next week. I'm mainly joining for the fitness and strength side of things plus I'm very inflexible so hoping it'll help me gain more flexibility! Would you recommend it?

    If there's one thing you'll get from Taekwondo, it's flexibility. Good luck with your training.

    Most definitely. It does wonders for flexibility. Be prepared for some soreness after the first few classes (the famous cowboy walk) but stick with it. Don't try to do the splits for the first while.
