Start planning your season, most of the champs are confirmed in this.

Interestingly, the national senior T+F are in mid July, earliest they have been in a while. Think it spaces the season better as July is usually very scarce on comps.

Road relays are on the same day as most of the good spring marathons :( I'll be in Rotterdam and having watched the road relays last year I would have loved to run it.

Am I reading it incorrectly or is the National 10k now no longer a stand alone race? It looks like it has been incorporated into the Great Ireland Run...

Its usually run around the middle/end of April. With the Congress set for 24/25th April 2010 then that weekend would be out.

Usually it is hosted by a club or incorporated into an existing event around the same time.

I think there was some talk of that happening last year... so a nice pen at the topend of the field for all club runners then? Thats the only way i'll do the bupa run again :)

Yep spotted that, but road relays are short races and marathons are long you will be in a different phase for training at that time :)..

Nice. This gets the mind away from the mud, rain, cold, wind and dark evenings. Spring road races, summer track... bliss!
