    this isn't a rant thread - just been trying intermittantly to order tickets of these guys and i am always getting this error when i'm signed in and trying to books tickets:

    (0x201091) If you submitted an order, and are not sure if it went through, please check Order History or contact Customer Service.

    I've mailed them but their - ahem - customer support isn't the may west...

    Just wondering am i the only one...
