PlayStation Network Address Problem

I did a search for this topic without much success, so apologies if this has already been discussed.

When I try to register for the PlayStation Network, it won't accept my address as valid, even though I don't leave any blanks on the form. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a way around it?

    Many thanks.

Are you registering using a PS3, PSP or PC? I only ask this as you can create a PlayStation network account via the PlayStation website which may solve your problem. I think the form on their website might be less prone to hiccups. You could also just use a fake simplified address and then change it once you've set up the account.

I tried registering using my PS3, but to no avail. I tried using my PC as well, but I encountered the same problem.

    What exactly does it say?

Is it possible that you already registered with that email address before and have forgotten?

Nope, I've never registered before. There isn't an issue with my email address, it's my home address that there's a problem with.

It just asks me to provide a valid home address. I'm not really sure what they mean by this. I don't leave any blanks, and my address is quite normal!
