    So its like this:

We are a 7 piece unit playing Soul and Funk and are based in the South Dublin area and we rehearse in the Jam Factory on James Street. Currents members comprise Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Sax, Trumpet, Backing vocals and Lead Vocals. We play mainly originals with some covers (Sam and Dave, Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder) and have been gigging since January. We have played places like Whelans, Sugar Club, Eamonn Dorans, Dublin City Soul Festival, Sunday Roast and just did a showcase gig in Le Cirk, Dame Lane.

Our link to our page is here: www.myspace.com/proudfootgroove

So who are we looking for?

WELL............. we would like someone who is an experienced keyboards player ( A hammond organist would be great but they are like Hen's Teeth) and who can "Hit the ground running". The person will need to get themselves up to speed pretty quickly on our music. Our influences are people like Stevie Wonder (Think the Innervisions album), Average White Band, 70's Soul and Funk really. We want someone who will be able to put their own stamp on the music and who would like to Groove rather than Rock!!!

Interested? Then send me a pm and lets let the good times roll baby!!! :D
