I don't know if this is the right place to post but here goes.

I am an unemployed civil engineer 1 years post grad exp. I am thinking of training as a tax consultant. I have a level 8 degree as required by AITI.

My question is what do people make of tax consultancy as a job

I have done leaving cert accounting and had a very good understanding of it orthr than that my business experience is nil. how hard are the exams to pass?

Basically would you recommend tax consultancy as a career?
