Supplementary Welfare Allowance

Just got great news that I will be getting supplementary welfare allowance on friday. Just wanted to post about my application. Only applied on Thursday, got a form to drop back on friday. Dropped it in with Copy of ID and Lease. Got phonecall today saying collect my money on Friday. Must say a great service provided here in Tramore by a really lovely man Seamus. Done everything he could to help me and pushed through a very speedy application...If only the people in the Social Welfare Office were this helpful!!:rolleyes:

Geez,

you did well! Ive been given the run around for the first two weeks of october, then my cwo went sick for 2 weeks with no stand in. Today there was a stand in now ive been told different and given another form( apparently given wrong form in first place!!) :mad:

Hoping to have everything in place for thursday. let just hope the stand in is still there. Frickin ridiculous. Glad you got sorted so quickly!! :cool:

Crossing my fingers for you. Hope you get it asap! I think once you explain it is an emergancy they really do their best for you. Let me know how you get on
