It will indeed, the SCAR uses a V2 gearbox.

you will need to swap over the selector plate form the old scar to the new JG gearbox, but would fit

You'll also need to grid off the little hole where the usual M4 mag release goes through. you might have to do a slight bit of drilling on where the transfer gear goes through, from memory i think the JG box has a smaller hole. Nothing too difficult.
