    Hi All,
I was just wondering if there is anyone in Galway that does crossfit? If so is it in a gym or home gym? Anyone know of any existing or new crossfit box coming to Galway? Cheers.

As you probably guessed by the flood of replies, no!

Its something I would like to give a go of sometime if there was a suitable place. Main problems being I don't know the correct form of some workouts and don't have the equipment to do them. (e.g. kipping pull up bar etc)

Cheers kodute. Likewise it would be good to get some advice and comments on the core skills and movements. A weekend in Dublin training with the guys there might be in order at some stage.
