sky sports upgrade cost higher

    upgraded to sky sports and 1 extra pack (was on 3 packs) but for the first month the monthly cost is higher than normal do sky charge you extra because its in the middle of the month?

    If it was a week or so before your bill due date, then yes they add it to the bill. If not, then give them a call on 0818719819 and ask what's going on with it.

    well i upgrade on the 22nd oct and billing date is 28th october. so why is the bill so high for the month trying figured are they charging a once off pro rata amount?

    You may have been charged for the extra five days. It's very hard to say when I don't see your statement. Did you upgrade your equipment lately? Give Sky a call on 0818719819 and see what they say. They will be able to explain exactly what's going on with your bill :)
