Medion PC - Windows 7

    Hi all,

    I recently bought the Medion PC in Aldi, and the subsequent free update to windows 7. I have tried contacting both Medion and Buhl (who are shipping it) to find out when it will be shipped/received but to no avail. I'm just wondering if anyone else who has also bought this, and ordered the upgrade has received it yet.

    I had visited that site alright, and sent them communication, but i seem to have missed the important statement:

    You will receive notification by email as soon as the upgrade has been sent. It will probably be delivered in December 2009.

    They said when i was purchasing it, it would be a few days after the launch.

    Thanks for that CPU, looks like i've a wee wait ahead of me so.

    Yeah they do say that but really they can only process it after the first few days, think of how many computers they have sold since June of this year that need to get valid Windows 7 licences made, packaged and sent out to customers - it will take some time.
