    Hi All.
    This is my first post..:)

    Last week I joined WW. I have my first weigh in this Wednesday.. I have 2 stone to loose.
    So far I have really stuck to the plan and I have not slipped once... Which is so unlike me.. Since joining I have found I am eating non stop.. My leader told me to eat at least 16 pts per day.. Im finding this so difficult!!
    I feel I am constantly eating even tho its mostly zero point soup, fruit, veg, yogurts and weight watcher meals.. Also, I think I am marking each food higher in points.. Im finding it so hard to eat over 16pts per day..

    Someone please help!!!

    hi,
    there is a dedicated ww thread that u should look at.
    I think for the first couple of weeks everyone is nervous about the points system but once you get used to it you will relax and start eating closer to your point limits

    Well it sounds like you're eating really healthily. Don't worry so much about points. When you've heard people say you can "fill up on fruit and vegetables" you literally CAN do this without gaining weight (as long as they're not smothered in oil, butter or sauces!). So satisfy your hunger by eating as much fruit and veg as you want, I really don't see there's a problem with that. This is your first week on a diet, you'll probably see your appetite decrease as your stomach decreases! Vegetables and fruit are digested very quickly and pass through your system without lingering too long in the stomach to digest, which is probably why you feel like you need to eat more of them. I've been researching a raw vegan diet recently, and was shocked to discover that raw vegans often eat WAY above the recommended calorie intake a day, but it's all such good natural food that they stay thin!!

    So don't worry about it. Just carry on eating healthily to the point of satisfaction, and you will see a difference. A load of sensible food is so much better for you than a smaller amount of rubbish.

    Come on over to the food diary section and start a diary, it's really helpful!

    I have to be honest here Im finding it quite hard to believe you have 2 stone to lose if you are finding it hard to eat 16 points??? How did you get to be 2 stone overweight if you can't eat even enough to lose weight?

    i am guessing it might be down to small appetite? a lot of people only eat small quantities, but the cals can still be high if your eating crap .. it might be difficult to get the cals in from fruit and veg, where as junk food would add up pretty quickly?

    I dont have a huge appetite, at the wkends I would normally have two take aways and aload of white bread... thats how the weight started.

    Since joining WW, im eating alot of veg and fruit thats why im finding
    it hard to reach 16pts.. Things are starting to balance out now tho..
