hi in an effort to save money our manager has cut off all heating and told us to wear extra clothes, theres a smell of rotting in our canteen and the toilets are so dirty i have to go to a local pub to use their one, can i report this place anonomously????

Food Safety Authority for your canteen anyway.
Not sure about the heat and the toilets though.

knew I recalled something from business studies, minimum temp unless you work in an open environment (garage lets say with it's large open doors).
