Sky+ Remote stopped working

    Saturday evening it gave in tried changing the batteries no lights coming on in the remote, broke in the middle of fast forwarding a recorded programme. Had it installed in March this year, rang sky they say it is within the 12 month warranty to contact a company called premier digital but there phone number is no longer in use, am i best to just go and buy one?

    I had remote issue about 6 months ago and Sky said they'd post a new remote to me.

    The issue has been long resolved but the remote still hasn't arrived in the post!

    So maybe they'll post you one. Otherwise insist on an engineer callout.
