I see people with flat 'toned' (for want of a better word) stomachs and was wondering if anyone can suggest exercises or a workout routine to really notice a difference in that region?
    Thanks! :)

(I'm not looking to lose weight, I have a flat stomach already and don't eat any white bread or pasta but want it to look more defined if that makes sense..) :o

Okay.. I have actually read the sticky but it seemed to be mostly about diet and gym etiquette- protein bars, good/bad carbs, weight loss motivation etc which I did find helpful (well, not the weight loss bit) but not specifically what I was looking for.. I didn't know the search function was back so I'll use that now to see if I can find anything and maybe try google.

    Thanks. :)

Your stomach may seem perfectly flat but if the abs aren't at all visible then there's still a little layer of fat covering them.

with abs they are no different than other muscle groups - they need progression and had work NOT lots and lots of reps with useless exercises.

Great video Transform, thanks. Those stretches are great- really need to put some effort into improving my flexibility.
