No access to Aertel since new download to HD+ box

    Hi,

    I have a Sky+ HD box which had an automatic SW update last week to completely change the user interface. It takes a bit of getting used to but i like it.
    Anyway - my problem is that i can no longer access Aertel. I have the Sky box connected to the TV via a HDMI cable and a standard scart connection. I was using the latter to get Aertel but this no longer works since the update. Any ideas ?

    Have you got your remote programmed to do the volume etc for the tv set you are using. Sometimes unplugging the box will restore the aertel..

    Same here. No Aertel on my hd box but works fine on my standard Sky+ box.
