Unlocking my C60 Siemens phone

Hi there I have an old Siemens C60 phone. I have keyed in my PIN number wrong twice (or three times) and now the phone is blocked.

The phone is looking for my PUK number, which I do not have this. Is there anything I can do online or should I bring the phone into an O2 shop?

    Thanks

    Ray

You can go online to o2.ie.

    Go to 'My account'

Then bottom right option 'Puk code' when you click it, will give you the 8 digit code.

    Hi Davy

It appears that I have not reg. with O2.ie. Think I will have to call into one of their shops during the week to sort it out

You can also call customer care for your Puk code.

For bill dial 1909 and select Option 2, then Option 2 again and finally Option 1 to hear your PUK Code.

PAYG dial 1747 from a mobile or 1850 601747 from a landline and select Option 3, then Option 2 and finally Option 1 to hear your PUK code

    Or ofcourse go instore ;)
