Hi there I have an old Siemens C60 phone. I have keyed in my PIN number wrong twice (or three times) and now the phone is blocked. The phone is looking for my PUK number, but I do not have this. Is there anything I can do online or should I bring the phone into an O2 shop? Thanks Ray

Call custmer service. Or they might have somethingon their website.
