 I recently saw an ad on the back page of the Irish Times for wine courses at the Dublin Wine School. Just wondering is there anyone out there who has attended one? See they have Gift Vouchers for the wine courses too. Great idea.

The Dublin Wine School is run by a guy called Nigel Donnan, he was a lecturer with the Wine Development Board for a good few years. I did a certificate course with him a couple of years back...he knows his wines.

I'd definitely recommend their wine appreciation courses. I did the 6 week one that finished up a month ago and I found it very informative with excellent notes and super wines. Good fun too. There's a website with a breakdown of each class, www.dublinwineschool.ie :D
