Registering PS3

When i try to enter the code on the back of my PS3 into the PSN website to register it the last few digits have to be selected from a dropdown menu. But my code ends in CECH 2003B and this option is not there.

Any ideas what to do? And how important is it that i register it?

Is that the 250GB slim ? maybe they havent updated the site yet. Maybe wait a few weeks and see if it they add it to the list. It's not urgent that you register it anyway.

When I bought the 120gb slim I couldn't register it either. Took the site about a month or so before it was updated with the correct serial number. Just keep an eye on the site.

Same with me. I can ever rarely be bothered with registering things like that, but when there's a chance of getting something in return, then I'll be first online.

Better get it registered anyway in case it breaks. I've got xbox owner paranoia.

I can't do any harm and it signs you up to be put on a list for stuff like Betas and demos
