    Hi. Does anybody know for certain if The Bell is doing a fancy dress up party? Don't want to go down and be the only person dressed up. Thanks

    Last year it was mixed. Some people dressed up others didnt.

    I'm not sure, maybe they everyone else's everyday clothes.
