my son is 7 and is not very experienced at gaming. he has a ds and plays wii sports and super maria kart regular enough - He's looking for fifa 10 or PES 10 for xmas this year on the wii.

Just wondering which one is the better/easier to play for his age ?

my lad had both last year when he was 7 and he preferred fifa, the gameplay was less complex and the official licences probably mean more at that age too,

Definitely more of a goal fest, easier to score, more cartoony graphics, all the real teams. So I would prob. get Fifa 2010 for a 7 year old.

In defence of ProEvo though, if you can be arsed, you can put the real teams in yourself. You can also play with a classic controller which makes it more user friendly than using the Wii specific controls.

I have PES and i never play it because i can never see what the heck is going on. The camera is so far away it's hard to see where the ball is half the time and there are no options to zoom it in (that I can find)
