Hate this when you spend €30 crap. In my opinion that is not a good deal for Pizza. Why dont they lower the actual price of their Pizzas if they want more customers to buy it. Dominos is crazy over priced.

Way over priced i wonder does anyone know how much a decent pizza actually cost to make

They used to do a great "buy pizza and side order and get another pizza free". No way would I be spending over €30 that often.

i dont order from the big places like dominos, you can get a 16" pizza in my place for a tenner, and as the boss likes to tell me he probably still makes 8 euro, pizza is by far the cheapest food to make and sell.

I have said it many, many times, half price is NORMAL price for pizza, even half price is not always relatively good value. You never see comments about other takeaways being expensive, but always pizza, and amazingly many people always defend it. It is like the emperors new clothes, they are so used to all the big names charging so much that they just figure "that's what it costs...". A mate of mine will get a €22 pizza to himself and figures this is good, it really baffles me since €10 would get him a slap up feed from the Chinese, which he also likes. But recently he told me he was utterly amazed since he ordered from a PROPER Italian restaurant that did takeaways, and he got pizza, and some pasta thing for €20, and then also got a free spag bol since it was over €20. He was shocked I just shrugged and said its what it should be, that if the local Chinese did pizza it would probably be €5-6 for a large one working on the same margins.

My last two pizza orders from Dominos were a disaster. Asked for vegetarian, yet they always give me a piece of bacon or two.

    Lesson learned....

    I'm finished with take-away pizza.

well if you had rung them they would have sent another one out and you could have kept the first pizza (given it away or something)

This offer's open again - I just got a flyer thru my door in Sth Dublin.

EUR 10 off when you spend EUR 30 or more online at www.dominos.ie - you put code 'WEBDEAL1' into the 'any vouchers' area of the checkout screen, according to the leaflet.

I can honestly say I havn't ever ordered a pizza at full price. Why people think a tenner off is good value really baffles me, despite being "better" value, as it has been echoed throughout boards BOGOF or half price is normal price.

If you want a good deal on pizza pick up a BOGOf or half price coupon from ANY pizza place and use it in ANY pizza place because nearly all places accept competitor coupons these days because 1) They are charging more than double what should be charged and 2) These days fast food places will struggle harder than ever to get orders due to the recession.

As the poster before said... Half price is the best price, I haven't paid full price for Pizza in ages. I just say I've a voucher for 50% off and I always get it...

    Any large pizza
    2 sides
    2 drinks

Mizzonis are doing a 16.5" with 3 toppings for €10, this might be walk-in only, not sure

16.5" is 1.5 times the size of 13.5" (dominos large)

Any Pizza, any size for 9.99 in Domino's in Wexford from 15th - 21st Nov. Not sure about the rest of the country though.

Just pick them out, you're not allergic to meat ffs

If I didn't order sweetcorn and got a couple of pieces on my pizza I'd just take them off, why do vegetarians have to get so uppity about stuff

What if you got a used plaster, or pubic hair, or finger-nails or on your pizza? you're not allergic to them ffs. Why do non-cannibals have to get so uppity about stuff.

Those things on a pizza might disgust a vegetarian as much as meat, in fact in the veggie forum I think some guy did say he would eat human meat if it was going to waste. The fat off the meats would be on the pizza.

I am not a veggie by the way, but I fully understand why many would not be impressed.

Back on topic, palm beach in ballybrack charge normal prices ALL the time, instead of this 50% off crap the rest do.

What an entirely terrible comparison. Bet you thought you were being dead smart when you typed it as well!

Here's a hint: it would be comparable if the disgust raised by used plasters and pubic hair was unfounded, however they present genuine hygiene issues. A piece of perfectly edible food that you have decided to take a dislike to (often without ever even tasting it) does not.

Back on topic please, if you dont like dominos, dont order it!
