well anyone is decent, but if you get the london one, you will get the local london channels. so you could look up BBC television centre one.

This postcode will give you ITV1 Westcountry - this is the best bitrate of all the ITV1 regions, and is recommended by most users. There is speculation that it could drop to a lower bitrate (the same as the other ITV1 regions at some stage, when digital switchover is complete).
