Hey I play in the frontrow with a club in cork and I never know what foods I should be eating so if you can help me that would be great and if you give me ideas on what to eat at breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack thanks

Diet for front row player as follows:
Breakfast = 1 small baby, 10 pints of Heineken
Lunch = 1 small baby, 15 pints of Heineken
Dinner = 1 small baby, 20 pints of Heineken
Snack = 1 small baby, 5 pints of Heineken

I've always found I get better results when I have more small baby at lunch time. Usually I'd have two or two 1/2.

Seriously though, OP, you might be better taking this over to Nutrition&Diet. You'll probably get more knowledgable answers there.

Stopped off in McDonalds in Newery on way home from Ulster game and bumped into two Leinster players getting their big mac & fries, so me thinks anything goes.

Not exactly healthy of 'em but then, Usain Bolt eats chicken nuggets and he's doing alright. :p

it depends on your body type.

you could pick one of the following food ratios

    carbs/protein/fat

    60/20/20

    50/20/30

its best you keep track of what you eat. if you need to enlarge ajust the calories but stick to the consistent ratio of food so you dont put on too much fat or whatever.

Depends on what your goal is. Lose weight, maintain weight or gain weight?
