Loop through cable for Humax Freesat Box?

Just got my new Humax Foxsat HDR box, which I've installed in a room where I had an existing single cable connection to my Sky dish, for use with an old Sky box without a card for receiving FTA channels.

The Humax box needs two connections to use all its recording functionality, but with a loop through cable from the 1st input to the 2nd, you can use most of its features. I want to try this and live with it for a while before deciding whether it's worth going to the trouble and expense of adding the 2nd cable connection to the dish.

Is it possible to buy this type of short cable ready made, or, if not, how hard would it be make one up as a DIY job?

some electrical shops like maplins would sell these at about 2metres in lenght as standard for €2-3 euro...or you could make one up....isnt much good without the second feed.
