    what a joke. I'm sure there are enough misguided people on boards that would vote for him. He'd be up against Bertie though. I'm sure there's not much love lost there. Wee Willie thought he should have been in Bertie's first cabinet, but had to wait a while.

    I do think, though, we need to get these people proper christian names though. No one's going to take a country seriously with presidents called "Bertie" and "Willie". This is Ireland, not Glenroe.

    Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

    I reckon he is a good and intelligent guy, as anyone who has met him will tell you, but:

    (i) He belongs to seriously failed entity in that cabinet
    (ii) You have to stretch the imagination a bit too much to see him as presidential
