take it to an engineer who told him the drives are swapped and told him to use the factory recovery disk)

Save all of your personal information on to an external HDD or DVD

incert the windows disc provided with the dell computer and restart

you will receive a prompt "press any key to boot to CD"

    press any key

once on the installation enviroment you will need to erase all of the partitions on the HDD including the recovery

****NOTE IF YOU HAVE USED AN EXTERNAL HDD TO BACKUP YOUR DATA MAKE SURE ITS DISCONNECTED BEFORE DELETING ALL THE PARTITIONS IN THE LIST AS YOU MAY DELETE THE EXTERNAL ASWELL*****

once deleted you will be able to reinstall the os
once installed you will have only a c drive available

    issue resolved
