yeah i trained there before its okay, they had some nice russian and ukranians there to spar with

worth while to train if your there mate. KO gym quite good as well depending on what level your at

Paddy Is this the same place where jimmy Vahey trained,or was he in peacock gym,london thai fighters.....

he was in london thai fighters with paul merchant, this lad had a place in covent garden 2 years ago when i was n london for a week went to train there for 3 days with them

he not so good but the e-blockers were superb
