Personal Circumstances

Lately I'm finding studying and doing assignments very hard due to one of my parents being very ill and being in and out of the hospital at the moment. I know this situation is going to cause me to do quite badly in the winter and summer exams as well as any continuous assessments. I payed my fees a few weeks ago. I'm in 3rd year of a 4 year full time degree and I don't want to defer the year as it would just be letting them down. I want to try and get my exams but at the moment i can't see it happening. Should i submit a personal circumstance form for every subject? How will that help?

You might as well fill out a personal circumstances form. They are submitted to the exam board alongside your papers and they will take it in to consideration when marking your papers. Also, they may allow you to skip some of the CA. If you're missing the majority of your course though, it is probably better for you to repeat the year or defer or something.
