    Hi guys,

While I cannot reccomend a Monitor Brand (for me, a Monitors a sodding monitor, woop de do :P) I can tell you under no circumstances buy the monitor online. Go to an actuall shop and ask for them to fire it up to check for dead pixels BEFORE you buy.

Shops have all kind of nasty loopholes to avoid taking back monitors with dead pixels, even if they are in the center of the screen, and even if you can it's a major hassle.
