Students burned in branding caper

Fifteen university students have been permanently scarred after branding themselves with heated coat hangers. The group from the University of Exeter branded their chests with the initial of the halls they lived in last year.

At least we'll know where they belong if we find them in a drunken sleep in the street.

It's all that brandy !!

That article is talking crap. A heated wire held for 10 seconds would probably go through muscle.
