Customs China

    Hi,

    I ordered some stuff from china and the supplier sent it to me (ireland) by EMS , which i was a bit worried about but had a guarantee of full money back if anything went wrong. I have tracked the package and it says that chinese customs have it , What should i do?? I dont speak chineese and all the websites i have looked at are of no use, no email contacts or info just badly translated sites.....

    HELP?????:confused:

    Talk to the company you ordered it from.

    Let them worry about it.

    I don't know why china customs have it maybe there just processing it, it's usually the irish customs who delay it, more than likley get a letter from irish customs saying you owe them xxx and do you accept the charges...

    If it's stuck in china customs over 2 weeks i'd be getting worried..

    Happened me before, it stayed with china customs for a day or two then got shipped again arrived about a week or so later.

    Ive noticed EMS are getting very slow what used to take 7-8 days from shipping is now taking 12-15 days.

    yeah, it is really slow.... it got shipped the 19th and took until yesterday to get to their customs...i dont understand why they would stop it, i fully expected irish customs to charge me for it, ill wait a couple of days more and see what happens.

    now the seller says that customs have taken it and he will try to resend

    will customs keep this??? its just some make up, anyone know who i could contact to find out info on this???

    Have you got your trouble sorted out?Probably you did.If you still have trouble about importing stuff from China,PM me,I'd be happy to help.I'm from China,living in Irland over 6years.I've been importing some small stuff from China,never had trouble.
