    Hi all,

i am going for an interview with lidl in the admin side. The job application specifies "proficiency in german" and the interview tomorrow is in german and english. Anyone have any idea what sort of questions will be asked, and how good they expect your german to be?

    Thanks all!

Is it in the RDC in Newbridge? if so you will prob be interviewed by the Reginal Director and the Warehouse Manager. I think Fergal is still the warehouse manager, if so, be direct with him, he can't stand bull****ters. Whichever level job you are going for, the person directly above you interviews you along with their direct boss. The person who your direct boss reports to is actually the person who looks after you (can't think of the management term for this).
There will be an apptitude test too.
There might be a roleplay question too.
Mostly, be prepared and expect the unexpected.
Good Luck and tell us how you got on.

I know someone who went for an interview with Lidl recently. A big part of the interview was conducted in German, so not just not just a quick 'Koennen Sie deutsch sprechen?' but proper questions.
