    in the past few weeks i have had the misfortune of having to contact this service (using term very loosly) its a bloody waste of time, im going to sound racist as hell how but i dont actually care as i feel it has to be said. twice now i have been speaking to men i guessing are from india on the other side of the line, i cannot understand one word they are saying to me i have been polite and asked them to please repeat a few times and i still dont have a bulls notion what they are saying.

    Why with all the unemployment in the country can we not at least employ people with a half decent level of english?
