Digital Freezes At Same Time Every Day

I have Ntl didgital and it freezes at exactly the same time every day. 12 midnight or 1 am depending on daylight savings. It freezes for a couple of minutes, it's really annoying... the amount of times I've been watching the end of a film or that... Just wondering if this is the same for anyone else?
