Program on breakfast cereals: Channel 4: Now

    Might be of interest to people round here. Surprised to see how naive a lot people on the program are about the contents of their breakfast cereals.

    One interesting fact pointed out: A bowl of 'Corn Flakes' contains more salt than a bag of Walkers ready salted crisps. I'd take the crisps!

    Watched most of it there, some of it was quite revealing like how honey cheerios has more sugar than a serving of coco pops.
    still don't understand how people can't read food labels properly...

    They read the big banner that says "WHOLEGRAIN" and "NATURAL" and don't see the very small print about the amount of sugar in it.

    Oh god people are so naive... My dad used to eat Alpen, a healthy muesli until I told him it had more sugar than coco pops and was bad for you!! He now eats the Lidl one that is way better and WAY cheaper!!!!

    If I want sugar and salt I will add them myself or eat cocopops and know they are not healthy...
