How can I physically talk to a Dell Rep?

I have spent days in the past 4 months talking to Dell in India trying to get a replacement for the faulty system they shipped me. It finally arrived last week, but to my horror they didn't package the software that was supposed to be included, namely Microsoft Office Home and Student.
I rang them immidiately, and was told to ring back the next day. I did that, and was told that I needed Customer Services. I rang them and they put me on hold and transfered me to the Inspiron Dept., when I had told him that my system was a Studio XPS. I was then disconnected by the Inspiron Dept. I rang back again and now I am getting an answering system. The support is 24 hour support and 7 days a week (and I paid well for it). The answering system seems to be looping back to the start and I cannot get through to a rep.

I am totally fed up at this stage and I want to find out where I can go to talk to someone face to face to sort this out once and for all. I don't want it to drag on for another 4 months. Any suggestions or better ideas? Thanks in advance.

perhaps the good old small claims court might be an avenue worth exploring.

had exactly the same problem as you before!

    http://support.euro.dell.com/support/emailcustomercare/emea/index.aspx?c=ie&cs=iedhs1&l=en&s=dhs

fill it out. you will get a response. if i were you, id put in a note that if your software is not recieved within a generous 7 working days, your going to send the entire order back to them and request a full refund including the cost of delivery back to them through the small claims court.
we did it before, and we got a phone call saying our software is on its way.

If you're in Dublin, walk into reception at the Cherrywood office and ask to speak to a manager.
