Ideal specs for playing Arma 2?

    Guys, just wanted to know what the optimal juice specs would be in order to play Arma 2 without any lag etc.

    I'm in the process of building up my own machine so I would like to be able to cater for all the latest games.

    Am getting a ASUS Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5 graphics card as part of the build.

    Hi - posted a reply in your other thread - so got some decent links there which should help.

    I do think though you should post in the building and upgrade forum:

    In it make sure you say what your budget is, what your primary application will be, and that you already have a screen.

    The links I had in the other post will give a round-up of gpus.
