Has anyone ever tried the Allen Carr book to control alcohol as a way of giving up? I bought it yesterday so here's hoping there is something in it thats gonna work.

Its a really good book opening your mind up to alternatives. It did't completely work for me but I still think it was of tremendous benefit.
