Hi guys, am heading to liverpool next weekend and was wondering does anyone know what you do with the bags your checking in since they got rid of the desks? Do you just go straight to departures and they take them there? Hope you can help, thanks in advance.

You should ring them to make sure

There are "bag drop" stations instead of check-ins. You take the bag(s) there with your paperwork. AFAIK you'll need to do the online check-in; otherwise you'll pay €€ on the spot for check-in. Assuming your travelling from Dublin? it varies in other airports.

presuming you're talking about Cork airport, you go to the drop in desks with your bag and your printed boarding pass - it's basically just like before they closed the check-in desks. they'll take the bag and then you head up to departures.

the only difference really is that if you don't have a bag to check you can skip the desk altogether.

like BarryM said, if you don't check in online it'll cost a fortune.
