So thinking about getting this (for my kids). It says 0.1ppm heavy metals. Is that good?

Normally, I'd avoid anything with heavy metals, but I suspect that is a legal statement to keep them out of trouble and they really don't think they have any. The fish oil looks very good.

I was talking to a woman last night who'd had the mercury removed from her teeth. She said that within a week, she went from having 3-4 bouts of ulcer like stomach pains a week to one a month. She could also drink coffee again after five years of not being able to touch it.

Don't rush out to replace your fillings, removing mercury is a very specialised job, not many dentists can do it safely.

I think the claim is a boast of how good the product is, that looks like clinical grade fish oil to me.

The only other thing is that if it's for your kids you'd be better off with a formula higher in DHA than EPA, DHA is what growing brains need the most of, whereas we need more EPA when an adult.

I still have my mercury fillings :(

I've thought about getting them out but I've heard that's asking for more trouble than just leaving them in. After I got them in I had two years of little ulcers that used to appear on my mouth and throat that were really bad, could be a coincidence but I'd always go with the white ones now given the choice.

While no heavy metals are good, 0.1 PPM is very low, try get values for generic stuff and you'll feel better
