I was dumb enough to buy Season 1 second hand, only to find that it's region-encoded for somewhere other than here :mad:

Any decent extras on Season 3?

^^Ouch, that sucks.

TBH, I haven't watched yet. I bought it (for completion, as well as extras as well as) to watch with my bro cos he hasn't seen any of season 3 but we've only watched one episode so far. I don't wanna watch the extras until I've rewatched the season... But the content is similar to the extras on the previous seasons anyway i.e. Commentaries, deleted/alternate scenes (the alternate scenes I've watched so far are AWFUL), anatomy of a scene, sfx etc etc....

Started rewatching Season 3 with my bro. We've watched up as far as 3x07 - "Eris Quod Sum". I gotta say guys, volume 3 actually isn't so bad when you watch a few episodes back to back. Undoubtedly, it's a little overly tangled (and sometimes farcical) but watching a few episodes at a time, you notice the plot develop more than you notice the silly holes etc.

That said, the next couple of episodes are pretty bad and I'm not overly looking forward to rewatching them... But volume 4 awaits so hurrah? Just thought I'd share!

Just found out that the DVD includes the webisodes "Going Postal" and "Nowhere Man". Not sure if it has the others yet though.

i think the same of heroes, its great in blocks as the story move along as quick as you want it to, im not gonna watch season 4 till halfway, or the end of the first chapter,

the story crawls if you watch it week by week,

Season 3 is annoyingly inconsistent but vaguely entertaining. Approach it like a non-canonical spin off or somesuch.
