garage build price

    hi we're looking to build a 50 m2 garage(planning is already approved) and are lookin at approx cost..pitched slate roof with one roller door entry and two side windows..would we need a concrete slab or would we need foundations..we already have a lot of the slates here left over from the house build..wicklow area

    I'd imagine you'll need a foundation the same as a house. The garage might cost in the region of 20,000 or more, depending on a few things. If you're doing any wiring, plumbing, insulating, etc. obviously this could rise.
